Sister Malika MacDonald serves as National Director for ICNA Relief USA’s Transitional Housing for Women and Children. She has also served as the pioneer director of Community Organizing for Somerville Community Corporation building and preserving affordable housing. Her position earned her a fellowship at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. She is an advocate for Domestic Violence Education and Awareness and has over 20 years of experience building communities through organizing and program development within low income, disenfranchised neighborhoods. Her work has earned her the prestigious US Senator John F. Kerry Leadership award.
