Private Sessions Setup:
- Consultations necessitate signup before the session to reserve a time slot. No walk‐in consultations will be honored. Signup is available on the website www.MASICNA.com until December 21, 2011. After this date signup sheet will be available at the Convention Registration Desk.

- Due to the limited time of our volunteering consultants, the following measures will be applied:a. Every consultation session will be limited to 20 min only. In order to ensure the efficiency of the process and the adequacy of addressing the consulting your questions and concerns, we are kindly asking everyone to show up on time and to observe the limit of their consultation time slot.b.
- Only one time slot per person per session type to give the chance to serve as many as possible.
